Necessary products:

 

  • 6 radishes, finely chopped
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes
  • juice of one lemon
  • 300 grams of diced tuna
  • 2 chopped onions

 

for the sauce

 

  • 3 tablespoons myrin (rice wine)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons kimchi sauce

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the apple, lemon juice and radish. Combine all ingredients for the sauce and mix until homogeneous.

Add the fish to the first mixture, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and pour into a ring placed on a plate.

Shape, garnish with onion cut into crescents, add salt and garnish with sauce. Remove the mold and enjoy.
