Wash the zucchini and cut them into circles without peeling. Put them in a salad bowl or a suitable bowl, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the juice and arrange on paper.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped peppers, garlic, ginger and fry the spices for about 20 seconds. Then add the zucchini, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, stir and stew everything for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, leave on the stove for another 30 seconds, then remove the dish to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve the salad hot.
If you have sesame oil, you can spray it.
