How To Cook Spinach Pancake Cake With Cream Cheese And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • soda on the tip of a knife
  • 3 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 100 grams of frozen spinach
  • 700 grams of cottage cheese (high fat)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons honey


Method of preparation :

Thaw the spinach and grind it until smooth with a blender (you can add a little water to facilitate the process).

 

Mix the eggs with the sugar and soda.

 

Add the milk and flour to them, beat with a mixer.

 

Divide the dough into two parts, pour two tablespoons of oil into each, and pour the spinach into one.

 

Dilute them with boiled water, the consistency should become liquid.

 

Heat a frying pan, grease the bottom and bake white and green pancakes of both types of dough.

 

 

Make a cream by mixing the curd with honey and sour cream.
