How To Cook Spinach Pie With Ham, Cheese And Mashed Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of chopped spinach
  • 200 grams of finely chopped ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 milliliters of sour cream, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • a few stalks of fresh onion, finely chopped
  • salt, pepper
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • olive oil or butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil and fry the chopped spinach and part of the fresh onion. Stir and pour the mixture into an oiled pan. Beat the eggs with the cooking cream and pour over the spinach.

 

Season with salt and pepper. Boil the potatoes, peel them and put in a bowl. Mash with a fork, add sour cream, cream cheese and butter. Season with salt and pepper and use a press to make a puree.

Cover the spinach mixture with the yellow cheese, arrange the slices of ham, fill a kitchen bag with the prepared puree and squirt. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake the dish for 25-30 minutes and sprinkle with the remaining fresh onions. Cool, cut and serve.
