Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain the liquid, let the leaves cool and chop them finely.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Mix the yolks with 50 grams of cream cheese, add the flour, baking powder, salt and finally put the spinach in this combination.
Mix the dough thoroughly and add the lightly beaten egg whites. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the bottom of the tray with parchment and spread the mixture evenly on the paper.
Bake the marshmallows for 10 minutes in the oven.
Mash the garlic and add to the rest of the cream cheese, cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Remove the hot sheet on a sheet of foil without removing the paper.
Apply the filling (cream cheese with garlic and sprinkle with tomato pieces) on this base and roll.
When cool to room temperature, refrigerate to cool.
Once this is done, cut and enjoy the taste.
