Required products :

1 teaspoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon grated parmesan
3 teaspoons spinach
pepper and salt to taste
1 lemon

 

Method of preparation :

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil over medium heat, fry the garlic in it for about a minute until the characteristic aroma appears. Then pour 6 cups of water and stirring constantly add the flour.

Reduce the temperature to medium and let the mixture boil until it thickens slightly (about 8 minutes). Add parmesan, 1/4 tea cup olive oil and stir constantly for about a minute. It's time for the spinach, add salt and leave the soup on the stove until the leaves turn bright green (about a minute).

Divide into 4 bowls, pour in each a tablespoon of olive oil, season with ground black pepper to taste and serve with lemon slices.
