Necessary products

For swamps:

150 grams of sugar
150 grams of flour
6 eggs

For cream:

80 grams of halva
280 grams of butter
170 grams of condensed milk
10 grams of powdered sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees and start making marshmallows.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, then gradually add the flour and stir. Spread the dough in a suitable form, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment.
Flatten the layer, it should cover the entire bottom of the dish. Bake the marshmallows until golden (about 12-15 minutes). Allow to cool without removing from the pan. Then carefully separate it from the paper.

Cut the edges into a rectangle and crush the cuttings (you can grind with a blender or chop finely with a knife).

Cut the marsh horizontally into 3 equal parts. If you want to get a narrow long cake, cut it lengthwise.

It's time to prepare the cream. Beat the butter, add the egg yolk, halva and condensed milk. Then add the powder and vanilla sugar, beat everything with a mixer.

Arrange the tops on top of each other and spread the prepared cream between them. Cover the cake on top and all sides.

Flatten with a spatula or use a knife. Sprinkle with the crumbs obtained from the cuttings. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.

Decorate as desired.

Enjoy your meal!
