Necessary products:

 

for sponge cake

 

  • oil and grease
  • flour for sprinkling
  • 2 proteins
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour

 

for the garnish

 

  • 150-200 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 1 jar of plum jam
  • 7-8 blueberries, strawberries and fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pear, cut into fine slices
  • 1 nectarine or peach

 

Method of preparation: 


Beat the egg whites with the sugar until a thick homogeneous mixture. Add the yolks one by one, sift the flour into the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Flour, grease a cake tin, pour the mixture into it and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check with a dry stick that the marshmallow is ready. Cool and cut in half.

Spread with plum jam, whip the cream and decorate with a kitchen bag. Garnish with chopped strawberries, nectarines, pears, blueberries and mint leaves. Serve the sponge cake pizza and enjoy it.
