How To Cook Spring Salad With Chicken, Radishes, Lettuce And Eggs - Recipe

Necessary products (4 servings) :

  • 280-300 grams of chicken
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 radishes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill and parsley
  • 8 olives
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 40 grams of sesame seeds

 

For the dressing:

  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken and eggs. Chop the meat, cut the eggs into quarters, the tomatoes into pieces, the cucumbers into strips, the radishes into straws.

Make a dressing of mustard, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add salt.

At the bottom of a suitable dish put lettuce leaves, on them - chicken, vegetables, eggs and finally olives.

Add the chopped (or shredded) dill and parsley, then pour the sauce.

Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and you can now serve.
