Learn how to cook "Steaks with tomatoes, pesto sauce and zucchini". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4 thin tender pork (or other) steaks - 150 grams each
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons pesto sauce
2 small zucchini
4 tomatoes
basil
50 grams of cream with a fat content of 20 - 30%
150 grams of mozzarella
Method of preparation :
Heat olive oil and fry the meat in it for 1 minute on each side. Season with salt and pepper and arrange in a pan. Spread them with pesto sauce . Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grate the zucchini in bulk, cut the tomatoes into pieces, chop the basil or chop finely. Mix them in a bowl. Add to them the cream, salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella into circles.
Spread the vegetable mixture with the cream on the steaks, put a piece of mozzarella and bake the dish on the top level of the oven for 15 minutes (or until ready, depending on the thickness)
Instead of steaks, you can do with schnitzels.
