Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 250 grams of smoked sausage
  • 300 grams of pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 stalks of finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1 soft tomato
  • 2 teaspoons butter

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions and tomatoes. Cut the meat and sausage, add to the vegetables and season with salt, black and red pepper.

Finally, pour the chickpeas drained of water and add the mint. Let the dish simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes.

Stir it periodically. Cool, pour portions and serve the stew, garnished with 1-2 hot peppers.
