Required products :

  • 400 - 500 grams of white beans
  • 400 - 500 grams of lamb (or beef)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1/2 sweet yellow pepper
  • 1/2 sweet
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
  • 1 bottle of light beer
  • salt to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Soak the beans in water from the night before, then rinse.

Finely chop the meat, chop the garlic and peppers.

Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan and pour over the meat. Let it cook until it changes color. Remove to a plate and fry onions, garlic and peppers in the same oil until soft. Add the beans and all the spices, stir and wait for it to boil. When this happens, put the meat back in the pan and pour the beer.

If the liquid is not enough to cover the products, add water.

Let the dish simmer on low heat until the beans are ready. Put salt on the end, close the container with a lid and leave for a few minutes, after which you can serve.
