Required products :
1 teaspoon beans
1-2 tomatoes
1-2 carrots
1 onion
1-2 peppers
fresh mushrooms - to taste
Preparation :
Fill the beans with water and leave for 8 hours or overnight. Then wash under running water and put on the stove to simmer for 20 minutes. The water level should be 3-4 centimeters above the beans.
Do not stir during cooking, and add salt 5 minutes before removing the pan from the heat.
Drain the liquid using a colander.
Grate the carrots, peel the onion and cut into semicircles. Cut the peppers into two pieces lengthwise, remove the seeds and tails, cut into pieces about 1.5-2 cm wide. Tomatoes - in small cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry together with the onion.
Preheat oven to 170-180 degrees.
In a deep bowl, place all the products in layers without stirring: boiled beans, onions with mushrooms, grated carrots, peppers and finally tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, pour 100 milliliters of water, close the jar with a lid and place in the oven.
Let the beans and vegetables simmer for about 30-40 minutes, then mix the products and the dish is ready.
