Learn how to cook "Stewed chicken in white wine with mashed potatoes". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1/2 chicken about 400 grams (fillet and legs)
2-3 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons white wine
chicken broth
4-5 potatoes
2-3 slices bread
green spices, pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Fry the fillets and legs until golden, then season to taste, pour the wine and broth.
Add parsley or other green spices to taste and let the meat simmer over low heat until cooked.
Boil the potatoes, mash until puree and season.
Cut the bread slices into small cubes and fry in butter.
Serve the chicken with the crispy croutons in a bed of mashed potatoes.
