How To Cook Stewed Chicken Legs In Tomatoes And White Wine - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stewed chicken legs in tomatoes and white wine". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

4 whole chicken legs or 12 top
150 milliliters of dry white wine
2 medium tomatoes
1 onion
1 large sweet pepper
100 milliliters of olive oil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and ground black pepper taste

Method of preparation :

If you use whole legs, split them in two. Heat 2 tablespoons of fat in a deep pan and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes in total), then remove to a plate.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, the peppers into squares and the onions into semicircles. Pour them into the pan with the fat in which you prepared the legs, and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
Then add the tomato puree, stir, and a minute later pour the white wine. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Beat the brown lumps that formed during the frying of the legs, and then return the meat to the vegetable dish. Pour olive oil, add spices, salt to taste, reduce heat and close the pan with a lid. Allow the dish to simmer for about 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
