Required products :
600 grams of chicken (legs or other portion of your choice)
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried coriander

Method of preparation :
Fry the meat in a little oil on both sides until golden brown. You can close the pan with a lid while the chicken is cooking to make it faster.
Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic.
