Required products :

600 grams of fresh mushrooms
1 kg of chicken
2 cloves garlic
50 grams of butter (for mushrooms)
75 grams of butter (for chicken)
2 tablespoons oil a
little water
parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation :
Wash and cut the meat into portions, peel the garlic and mash.
Heat the oil in a suitable pan and fry the chicken over medium heat. Pour off the oil and put the butter (75 grams) in the bowl. Add salt, pepper to taste, pour a little water, close with a lid and let the meat simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.

Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry in oil (50 grams) for 10 minutes. Then add to the chicken and let everything simmer until done.

Serve the dish, sprinkling it with chopped fresh parsley and crushed garlic. If you prefer, use more of the latter. An option is to add a little flour to the sauce to thicken.
