Learn how to cook "Stewed chicken with onion, lemon and cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
chicken for about 8 servings
60 grams of Dijon bitterness
juice of 4 lemons
130 milliliters of chicken broth
4 sprigs of fresh tarragon (or 1 teaspoon dry)
80 milliliters of heavy cream
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion and cut each head into 8 pieces, peel the garlic and simmer over low heat.
Remove the skin from the meat, season the pieces with salt and pepper and spread with mustard. Put them in a bowl over the onion and garlic, pour the lemon juice, then the chicken broth, add the tarragon and let the dish cook on a very low heat until cooked, stirring occasionally.
Then remove the tarragon stalks, bone the meat and place it on a plate.
Add the cream to the sauce obtained during the preparation, stir and return the meat to the saucepan. Stir and you can serve in suitable plates.
