Required products :

1 chicken weighing about 1.5 kilograms a
pinch of grated nutmeg
black pepper and salt a
pinch of ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons oil
800 grams peeled and peeled pumpkin
200 milliliters of milk
1 large onion

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the chicken into portions and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil on all sides (about 8-10 minutes). Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper, then transfer to a deep pan.

 

Onions, cut into semicircles, fry in the remaining fat. Add the pumpkin, cut into large pieces, and after 6 minutes pour the milk. Bring the liquid to a boil and then add the cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
