How To Cook Stewed Fish In White Wine With Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

700 grams of fish fillet of your choice

2 onions

2 carrots

0.500 liters of tomato juice

frying oil

1/2 teaspoon dry white wine

salt and pepper to taste

parsley

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into pieces, onion - into quarters, grate the carrots. Fry the onions until golden, then add the fish, fry for a few minutes and then add the carrots. Season with salt and pepper, pour the tomato juice, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Then pour the wine, chopped parsley and let simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
