Required products :

700 grams of fish (boneless)
2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
1 large fresh sweet pepper
1-2 tablespoons tomato paste (can ketchup)
1 can of peas (about 400 grams)
salt and spices to taste fish
bay leaf

Method of preparation :

Cut the fish into portions and season with salt and spices. Put in a pan greased with oil. Spread the chopped onion, fried together with the grated carrots and tomato paste on the fish. Add the pepper and bay leaf.
A little later, pour the peas together with the liquid from the can (do not pour extra water), and put pieces of butter on it. Close the container with a lid and let everything simmer for 30 minutes.
