Learn how to cook "Stewed in tomato sauce minced meatballs and rice". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
700 grams of minced meat mixture
1/2 teaspoon boiled rice
2 onions
1 large carrot or two small
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper and other spices of your choice
parsley to taste
1/2 teaspoon flour
oil for frying
Method of preparation :
Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, beat the eggs and season.
Add half (or 1 small) grated carrot and one finely chopped onion.
Then add the cooked rice and mix everything thoroughly.
Form round meatballs from the mixture, which you roll in flour.
Make the tomato sauce. Fry the remaining carrots and onions until golden, then add the tomato puree. Pour a few tablespoons of water and let everything simmer for a few minutes.
Then arrange the meatballs on top of the sauce and let them cook for 5 minutes on each side. When turning them over, be careful not to let them fall apart.
Pour enough water to cover the meatballs and let them simmer until ready (10 minutes).
Turn off the heat, sprinkle the dish with chopped fresh parsley, let it stand for a while and then serve.
