Required products :

500 grams of meat of your choice (beef, beef, pork)
300 grams of canned corn
tomato paste to taste
4 tablespoons sour cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into equal small pieces. Fry it in hot oil, pouring a little water.

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Once soft, add the peeled and chopped onions. When golden, add tomato paste, and 5 minutes later pour a little water. Increase the hob temperature. When the liquid boils, reduce the temperature again and let the dish simmer for 10 minutes.

It's time to add the corn, which you previously drained from the liquid. Add the cream, increase the heat and after 5 minutes of frying season to taste.

You can serve the finished dish with a garnish of boiled rice or stewed vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
