Required products :

300 grams of chicken or pork
7 large sweet peppers
3 cloves garlic
salt and ground black pepper to taste
frying oil

Preparation :
Heat oil in a suitable pan, fry the garlic in it until golden, cut into pieces, and remove from the fat.


Cut the meat into strips, the peppers too.


Fry the peppers, stirring first over high heat, then reduce the temperature and close the pan with a lid.
When ready, remove to a plate.


Pour the strips of meat into the same fat and fry over high heat.


Then reduce the temperature and add the peppers to the meat. Cover with a lid and leave on the stove until the meat is ready.

 

Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, stir and remove to a plate.

 

If desired, you can add 1 onion, which you also fry together with the meat and peppers.
