Cut the mushrooms into pieces and the onion into circles and fry it until transparent in very hot oil. Then add the mushrooms, thyme, spice mix and butter. Fry for 10 minutes, then add the white wine and simmer for 5 minutes on high heat. Finally, add the cream. Mix everything, close the pan with a lid and leave on low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve the mushrooms sprinkled with chopped green onions.
