Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of pork, cut into cubes
  • 10 grams of smoked paprika
  • 10 grams of cumin
  • 10 grams of black pepper
  • left
  • juice of one lemon
  • 60 milliliters of red wine
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 red onion, cut into crescents

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the meat in a bowl and add the black pepper, paprika, salt, cumin and lemon juice. Pour the wine, season with barbecue sauce and stir. Leave the meat to taste for an hour or two in the resulting sauce.

Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the onion and add the meat. Fry for 10 minutes, put a lid and stew the bites over low heat for 30 minutes.

Cool, distribute portions and serve, garnished with potatoes or salad.
