Required products :

  • 800 grams of pork shoulder
  • 1 large head of old onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 200-300 grams of fresh prunes
  • 1 tablespoon frying oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the shoulder into large pieces, season to taste. Cut onions and garlic into large pieces, fry them in oil until golden and transfer to a pan or other suitable dish. Put the pork, pour 100 milliliters of water, add the pitted prunes, bay leaves and place everything in the oven turned on at 180 degrees.
