Required products :
8 - 10 medium potatoes
2 carrots
2 teaspoons canned red beans with tomato sauce
100 grams of dried white mushrooms
salt and spices to taste (nutmeg, marjoram, turmeric, etc.)
30 milliliters of soy sauce
oil
Method of preparation :
Fry the diced carrots in butter, add the turmeric, then the soy sauce.
It's time for the mushrooms, which you have previously soaked in water and cut into pieces. Fry for a few minutes, add the nutmeg and marjoram. Finally, pour the canned beans together with the tomato sauce.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Add them to the other products and pour water (the amount to cover the contents of the container). Cover with a lid and let the dish simmer until ready. It is good to boil the potatoes lightly so that the broth becomes thick.
