Required products :
about 600 grams of rabbit meat
500 grams of frozen peas
400 grams of canned tomatoes
1-2 onions
1/2 teaspoon dry white wine
3-4 tablespoons olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Heat olive oil in a suitable pan. In it, sauté the finely chopped onion for about 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Be careful not to burn, it should soften and become transparent.
Then pour the wine. Once it has evaporated a little, put the meat and let it cook until it turns red.
