Ingredients :
250 grams of mushrooms
1 large onion
1 tea cup long grain rice
4 tomatoes
500 milliliters of water
salt and spices to taste
frying oil
Preparation :
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in oil over medium heat until soft (about 5 minutes).
Cut the mushrooms into slices, add to the onion and let them cook for 5 minutes.
Then pour the washed rice into the bowl, stir for about a minute.
Put the grated tomatoes together with the juice. Pour the water and bring the mixture to a boil. When this happens, reduce the temperature to a minimum and let the dish simmer with the lid closed until the rice is ready.
