How To Cook Stewed Squid With Onions, Leeks And Tomatoes In White Wine - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stewed squid with onions, leeks and tomatoes in white wine". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 squid (cleaned and cut into circles)
  • 4 leeks (also cut into circles)
  • 2 small heads of old onions (cut into thin slices)
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1/3 tea cup olive oil
  • 1/3 tea glass of dry white wine
  • salt and pepper
  • a little chopped parsley to decorate the finished dish

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the squid circles for about a minute in hot olive oil (until they change color). Add both onions and let the products simmer for 5-6 minutes. Then pour the wine, put the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, season with black pepper and reduce the heat.

Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for about 20 minutes.
