Cut the meat into squares with a side of 2.5 centimeters, fry them in hot fat. After 5 minutes, add the chopped onions, carrots and celery root. Cook for 10 minutes. Then put the chopped peppers in the bowl, and five minutes later the prunes, which you must first soak in hot water to soften, and drain the liquid.
Cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the water, honey, lemon juice, ketchup and mustard. Pour over the meat, season with black pepper, add salt and let the dish simmer for 2 hours (or until ready) over low heat.
