Learn how to cook "Stewed whole zucchini stuffed with chicken liver and corn". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast with skin
  • 2 zucchini
  • 500 grams of chicken liver
  • 4 raw proteins
  • 150 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 10%
  • 100 grams of canned corn kernels
  • connection dill
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • oil and salt

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken breasts and livers, grind them together to make a minced meat (you can use a blender for this purpose if you do not have a meat grinder).

Beat the egg whites lightly, add them to the meat mixture and season to taste. Then pour the liquid cream and beat once more.

Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, close it and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Chop the washed and dried dill bunch, drain the liquid from the corn kernels and pour the products into the bowl with the chicken combination when you take it out of the fridge. Stir.

Wash the zucchini, cut off one end (keep the lids) and very carefully carve and remove the fleshy part of the vegetables.

Fill them with the delicious minced meat and close with the cut ends, which you fasten with toothpicks.

Fry the whole zucchini in a large amount of hot oil until all sides are covered with a yellow crust. This takes about 3-4 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and parsley and mix them with the sour cream. Season the sauce with black pepper, add salt and it. Pour it over the zucchini that you have transferred to the pot.

The dish should be stewed under a lid for 35-40 minutes, during which periodically turn the vegetables.

That is all. You can now eat them.

Enjoy your meal!
