Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of belly (optional)
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red pepper
  • a few cloves of garlic (to taste)
  • vinegar
  • hot red pepper (roasted)
  • left

Method of preparation:

Wash the cleaned belly. Fill it with water and wait for it to boil. After 10-15 minutes, change the water with a new one and let it boil until ready, without salting. The finished belly should be soft, almost jelly-like. Remove from the broth and chop finely.

Beat the eggs in a deep bowl, add the fried until golden flour and stir. Add the milk to the mixture and mix again until smooth. Scoop with a ladle of broth and pour in a thin stream into the container with the build-up, stirring constantly. Pour half of the broth this way. Then pour the stock with the broth back into the pot and stir again. Put the sliced ​​belly and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.

Put the butter in a hot pan, add the red pepper, stir quickly and remove from the heat. Add the resulting stuffing to the soup. Then in a separate bowl mix the vinegar and crushed garlic. With this mixture you will serve the belly, and you can also offer roasted hot red pepper.

The dish is served hot.
