Required products :

  • 3 tea cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
  • 1/4 tea cup honey
  • 240 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • fresh milk (if needed)
  • 3/4 tea cup granola

Method of preparation :

In a bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb and 2 tablespoons honey. Leave the mixture to stand for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of honey until creamy. Add sour cream and vanilla, stir again. If necessary and your mixture is thick, add a little milk.

Take suitable cups or jars and put some strawberries and rhubarb on the bottom. On top you should put the cream, granola of your choice and repeat the layers. Finally, pour honey. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before eating.
