Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons strawberries
  • 1/3 tea cup of lime juice
  • 1/3 tea cup of tequila
  • 1/4 tea cup of orange liqueur
  • stalks of fresh mint

Method of preparation :

Put the sugar with the water in the pan and cook until the crystals disintegrate and the liquid begins to reduce to the consistency of syrup. Cool completely.

Put the strawberries in a blender and grind them until a puree is obtained. Transfer to a bowl and add the sugar syrup, lime juice, tequila and liqueur. Cover and allow to cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Then transfer to an ice cream machine and follow the steps specified by the manufacturer for making ice cream.

If you do not have such a machine, pour into a pan and freeze for a total of 5 hours, stirring every hour, until the dessert is completely frozen.
