How To Cook Stuffed Avocado With Smoked Salmon And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 avocados
  • 4 thin slices of smoked salmon
  • 8 eggs
  • left
  • pepper
  • chili
  • fresh dill

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Cut each avocado in half, remove the seeds and carve from the core just enough to fit 1 egg. Arrange the cleaned halves on baking paper and cover them with strips of smoked salmon.

One by one, beat the eggs in a bowl - using a spoon, position the yolk and add as much egg white as the avocado absorbs. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Carefully place the pan in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle with chili and fresh dill and serve warm.
