Method of preparation:
Cut the eggs and separate the yolks in a bowl. Arrange the egg whites with the protruding part down in a greased pan and set aside. In a bowl, add finely chopped ham, grated cheese, mustard, tabasco sauce and season with salt, pepper, paprika and finely chopped parsley.
Stir the mixture and fill the eggs with it.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and make the sauce.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the flour together with the garlic cloves. Dilute it with fresh milk mixed with sour cream and stir until the sauce thickens.
Spread on the eggs and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown. Serve the dish warm, garnished with paprika and fresh parsley.
