How To Cook Stuffed Bread With Spinach, Onion And Cream Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed bread with spinach, onion and cream sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 loaf, 450 grams
  • 250 grams of frozen spinach
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 250 milliliters of sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Cut a loaf lid about 4 centimeters thick.
  • Carve the middle of the bread, leaving an edge 1.5 centimeters thick.
  • Drain the thawed spinach and mix it with the onion, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill the loaf with the spinach mixture, put the cut-out lid and transfer it to a tray covered with baking paper.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, roughly tear the middle of the loaf and spread it around it.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes, until the pieces in the middle are lightly toasted.
  • Serve the stuffed bread warm with fresh vegetables of your choice.

Note!

Choose a taller cake to make it easier to fill.
