Required products :
1 small carp
2 onions
50 grams of prunes
50 grams of walnuts
lemon
left
spices for fish
Method of preparation :
Clean the carp, cut the onion into semicircles, and the walnuts and prunes into small pieces. Rub the fish with salt and spices, fill it with a mixture of nuts and fruits, press the filling well to make it thick. Put the onion in a suitable pan, on it carp, cover with lemon slices.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake the fish (about 30 minutes).
