Fill chicken breasts with artichokes, almonds, spinach and fragrant parmesan and it will turn boring fillets into a god-worthy dinner. Sounds very tempting, doesn't it? You will get a low-calorie and healthy meal, suitable for people who monitor their daily caloric intake and try to lose weight.

Required products :

  • 1 can of artichokes
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons roasted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel
  • 2/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Crush the roasted almonds with a knife. Grate parmesan and orange peel.

In a bowl, combine the artichokes, spinach, almonds, parmesan, orange peel, season with a quarter teaspoon of salt and pepper. Stir to mix all products and acquire a uniform consistency.

Make a gap of about 5 cm in the thickest part of the fillet so that a pocket is formed. Fill each of the chicken breasts with 1/4 of the mixture. Season the meat with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side to acquire a nice and appetizing golden crust. The dish is ready to serve!
