How To Cook Stuffed Chicken Breast With Roasted Peppers And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed chicken breasts with roasted peppers and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

4 pieces skinless and boneless chicken breast
250 grams fresh mozzarella
2 sweet red peppers
1 bunch basil
1/4 tea cup grated fresh parmesan
1 tablespoon Italian spices
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Bake the peppers in the oven, put them in a plastic bag for 5 minutes, then peel them. Clean the seeds and tails and cut into oblong pieces, which you stew in oil until soft.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

Cut chicken breasts to make "pockets" that you will fill later. Sprinkle with half of the Italian spices and let stand for about 10 minutes to taste. Then in the cuts distribute the pieces of peppers and mozzarella, put the basil leaves. If you cut the breasts too much, form rolls out of them after distributing the filling.

Sprinkle with the remaining aromatic spices and bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
10 minutes before it is ready, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, cover with a few pieces of mozzarella and return to the oven to bake.

You can serve with fresh vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
