How To Cook Stuffed Fresh Peppers With Cheese, Egg And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

5 fresh large peppers for stuffing

450 grams of cheese

120 grams of butter

5 eggs

4 cloves garlic (or to taste)

mayonnaise to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the peppers, clean them from the tails and the core with the seeds. Grate or mash the cheese, add the crushed garlic, softened butter and mayonnaise to taste, but do not overdo it (the goal is to make the mixture homogeneous).

Boil the eggs hard and put 1 whole in each pepper. Fill the remaining space with the mixture of cheese, mayonnaise, butter and garlic. You can also add parsley if you wish, and replace the cheese with yellow cheese.

After filling the peppers tightly, be sure to put them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Before serving, cut with a sharp knife dipped in water into pieces about 5 mm thick.
