Necessary products:

mackerel (whole)

red sweet pepper

onion

garlic

soy sauce

lemon juice

olive oil

ginger

spices to your liking

Method of preparation:

Defrost and clean the mackerel. Make the marinade from lemon, soy sauce and spices and leave the fish to marinate overnight. Then make incisions with a knife on each of the pieces of meat and put pieces of garlic and ginger in them. Finely chop the peppers and onions and fry in olive oil. Fill the mackerel with the vegetables and "close" with toothpicks. Spread the fish with the marinade and olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees on the grill function for 20 minutes (or on the grill).
