How To Cook Stuffed Legs With Tomatoes And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed legs with tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3-4 lower chicken legs
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 pepper (sweet variety)
  • 60 grams of yellow cheese
  • salt, green spices and pepper to taste
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Wash the pepper, clean it of seeds and cut it into cubes about the size of the side.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Mix them with the peppers. Add the yellow cheese to the vegetables, which you have also diced, or grate it coarsely.

Mix the products by sprinkling them with black pepper, leave them for a while and deal with the legs.

First wash them under cold running water, then dry them. Place on a board and make a longitudinal incision in the middle with a sharp knife until you reach the bone.

Expand the resulting hole with your hands and very carefully separate the meat (try not to damage its integrity) from the bone with a knife.

Return to the filling. It's time to salt it, stir it and distribute it in the formed chicken pockets, the openings of which you fix with wooden skewers, toothpicks or tie with a suitable string.

Arrange the legs in a greased pan, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

To be completely ready, about 30-40 minutes of heat treatment are needed.

Enjoy your meal!
