How To Cook Stuffed Mushrooms With Cream And Blue Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Stuffed mushrooms with cream and blue cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue cheese, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

Method of preparation :

Cover a large tray with foil.

Divide the mushroom stumps and cut them into small pieces.

Fry them in 3 tablespoons of butter until soft - about 5 minutes. Drain the fat.

Fry the mushroom caps in the pan for a short time, then arrange them in the pan.

Mix the chopped mushrooms with the onion, cream and blue cheese. Fill the mushroom caps with the resulting mixture and bake on high heat for a few minutes until the filling is slightly browned.

Serve them warm to enjoy their taste to the fullest.
