How To Cook Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat And Corn - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 white bread
  • 140 grams of corn (canned)
  • 1 head of old onion and 2 stalks of greens
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 4 peppers for stuffing or more
  • 250 grams of minced pork
  • 250 grams of chopped beef
  • 1 egg
  • ground red pepper
  • 125 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the crust of the bread, fill the soft part with water. Drain the liquid from the can, peel the old onion and saturate. Wash and chop the green onions and parsley

Squeeze the bread, mash it with a fork and add the two types of chopped meat, chopped old onion and egg.

Add salt, season with black and red pepper, add the corn kernels, parsley, green onions and mix everything.

Fill the peppers with this mixture, arrange them in a deep pan and pour the broth in which you have dissolved the tomato puree.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
