Learn how to cook "Stuffed peppers with minced meat, baked with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
6 peppers for stuffing
400 - 500 grams of minced meat
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
100 grams of yellow cheese
oil
black pepper to taste
sour cream (or mayonnaise) to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, clean them from the seeds.
Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots and fry them in oil.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces, finely chop the garlic.
Add all the vegetables to the minced meat and mix well.
Fill the halves of peppers with the resulting mixture, arrange them in a pan. Put a piece of tomato, cream or mayonnaise on each, pour a little water (1 cup).
Put to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to bake (about 10 minutes).
