Learn how to cook "Stuffed squid with mushrooms and rice in the oven". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
4-6 slightly large squid
100 grams of rice
100 grams of white frozen mushrooms
1/2 stalk of leek
50-60 grams of butter
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
curry and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean the squid, wash them under running water and let them drain. You do not need to remove their skin.
Boil the rice until ready.
Finely chop the leeks and mushrooms. Stew leeks lightly in the fat and then add the mushrooms. Let them cook together for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Then pour the rice into the bowl, season with salt and curry to taste. Stir and 5 minutes later add the grated Parmesan cheese.
Fill the squid with the resulting mixture, arrange them in a suitable form, greased with oil / olive oil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Once they turn red, you can turn them off.
Serve the dish hot.
