Punch the potatoes with a fork and heat them in the microwave for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, turn on the grill oven function. Mix chickpeas with harissa paste and bake for 4 minutes.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise, not dividing them, but rather get a "pocket" of them. Arrange them in a tray. Put chickpeas and feta in the pocket. Bake for 4-5 minutes in the oven (again on high heat only).
Combine tomatoes, coriander and lemon zest and finally sprinkle with potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
